The Administrative Assistant reports to the Supervisor, Corporate Operations and provides a variety of clerical, administrative and support services to all staff. The Administrative Assistant must be able to function effectively with a demanding workload, the nature of which requires a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
At least two years of related experience in an office environment
Superior customer service experience
Diplomatic, tactful and have strong interpersonal skills
High productivity, accuracy, a talent for detail work, able to manage a high volume of priorities and deadlines, with a service oriented mindset
Ability to lift, push and/or carry up to 50lbs
