The Administrative Assistant reports to the Supervisor, Corporate Operations and provides a variety of clerical, administrative and support services to all staff. The Administrative Assistant must be able to function effectively with a demanding workload, the nature of which requires a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.


  • At least two years of related experience in an office environment

  • Superior customer service experience

  • Diplomatic, tactful and have strong interpersonal skills

  • High productivity, accuracy, a talent for detail work, able to manage a high volume of priorities and deadlines, with a service oriented mindset

  • Ability to lift, push and/or carry up to 50lbs
