The Volunteer's Role

The overall objectives of this placement are to develop quality health standards for the hospital and provide quality health service to community; advise on Quality health strategies and systems; and train the university staff on Quality Health service.

As a volunteer, you will:

  • Conducting gap assessment and Recommendations
  • Collecting and analyzing data and update the Quality Health service delivery
  • Consult on Public health delivery strategies and plans
  • Coaching/Mentoring staff on Quality Health service delivery; plan, implementation and evaluation

Essential Academic Qualifications:

  • M.A in Health care administration/management or related field

Essential Professional Background:

  • Work experience working in Multi-Cultural and Government Environment
  • Experience on Training Delivery on Public health delivery service is an asset
  • Experience in Project Management
